  • if Eskom declared Stage 1, this would mean he/she would be shed from 01:00 – 03:30

South Africa’s Eastern Cape province counts Cathcart as its largest town, named after Sir George Cathcart, governor of the Colony of the Cape of Good Hope between 1852 and 1853. On the N6, 48 km north of Stutterheim, the town is situated on the way to Komani. As well as being the capital of Biltong in South Africa.
